How do I get free shipping?
All orders $99 or more to the lower 48 united states will automatically get free shipping. No coupon code is required
I am not in the lower 48 states, what about me?
We didn't forget about you! you will get access to special discounts on shipping outside the lower 48 states on orders over $99!
Where is my shipping cost?
We ship everything with UPS, FedEX, and USPS right now, it's in the shipping section on the checkout page.
Why can't I see my shipping cost before I type my information in, as the shipping cost is a big factor in my purchase?
The shipping rate calculates shipping charges to your address and needs complete information to accurately calculate.
We only charge exactly what it cost to ship, there are no hidden fees or charges, we value our customers and want to offer them the least amount of shipping charges as possible. (Duties/import taxes are completely separate and for orders outside the USA there could be additional charges at the border charged by the country the product is shipped to.)
When will my order ship?
We ship all in stock items the same or next business day (eastern standard timezone). Below you can find a coverage map from UPS from our location to better understand shipping times. Please understand this is for reference only and does not guarantee a delivery date.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes! We can ship to most countries, it will show you your shipping cost on the second page of checkout. You will be responsible for all duties / import taxes on this product if applicable. We do not control what a country charges for those fees. If your country is not listed, please email us with how many dominoes you want and your shipping address and we will get you a shipping cost. If the product is refused at the border, the return shipping costs will be deducted out of the refund of the product.
Shipping to Canada
Shipments to Canada will have taxes due at the Canadian border. This is around 13% of the order value, if shipping with UPS or FedEx this tax will be required to be paid by you. If shipping with USPS, they are sometimes able to ship items through without having to pay the additional tax ( we don't know why, but it happens ) So take that into consideration when choosing your shipping method. IF YOU REFUSE the shipment at the border and it comes back to us, and when we refund it, fees that Canada charges to handle the refused product and return shipping costs will come out of the refund of the product.

If the items are opened and used, these are the rules for returns:
